Director
Kenneth Fraser is a founding Principal of Kirkland Fraser Moor. He has had extensive experience throughout the architectural field having completed work in the United Kingdom, Italy and Japan. With Arup Associates he led the design teams for buildings for the University of Cambridge, University of Surrey and Vauxhall Cross Interchange. While at Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners, he was the project leader for three new buildings at the University of Surrey. With Renzo Piano Building workshop he was project leader for the Rome Auditorium project which was won in international competition and is the largest post-war public works project in Italy’s capital city. He was design leader for the Padre Pio Pilgrimage Church in Puglia, South Italy.
Kenneth has been visiting lecturer at the Bartlett, Cambridge, AA, KIAD, and Manchester MMU. He was External Examiner at the Manchester Metropolitan University, advisor to the Department of the Environment Construction Research and Innovation strategy panel and an Arts Council of England Architectural Assessor. He has also acted as Unit Master of Diploma Unit 7 at Architectural Association in London and Technical studies tutor.
David Kirkland BSc(Hons) MA(RCA) RIBA FRSA

David studied architecture at the Royal College of Art, London and at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He has been a project leader and Associate at Grimshaw where he worked for 18 years. Whilst there he worked on a diverse range of projects in both Europe and the U.S. Amongst other projects he was responsible for were the Waterloo International Terminal station roof and the Eden Project, a series of very large horticultural conservatories in Cornwall, England. His designs include buildings, bridges, exhibitions, furniture and products.
David is a founding practice principal of Kirkland Fraser Moor and is also the founding principle of Enviarch a company established to develop EVATool – a unique Cloud based software tool for empowering architects to better achieve the goals and aims of Sustainable Development.
David is an innovator in low environmental impact design and for the past 20 years has contributed to this agenda through teaching architecture and lecturing widely in Europe and the US. He has contributed to numerous television and radio programmes, has a deep interest in nature and its design process and currently serves as a Trustee for the International Federation for Sustainable Architecture and Fellow of the RSA ( Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce).
David also currently acts as a Design Advisor for both the Shape East Design Support Expert Panel for the East of England and more locally the Hertfordshire Design Review Panel.
Caroline Fraser BA (Hons) DipArch RIBA
Caroline is a creative and collaborative facilitator and architect. She effectively engages with stakeholders, and successfully manages projects and budgets. She develops public engagement programmes for local authorities, developers and architectural firms. Previously Caroline has worked at the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) as a Head of Regions.

Our low carbon passive house at Knights Hill in Fyfield, Sussex received Planning Consent. Progress now starts on construction design.
